Includes one 2-hour education session where we help purge your home of harmful foods, and offer suggestions on how to re-stock with whole, nutrient-dense, unprocessed essentials.

  •  Grocery Store Tour

Includes a 90 minute session at the store of your choice where you learn how to stock your kitchen with whole food essentials so you can survive the busy work week while staying within your budget.

  • Meal Planning

Includes a two 1-hour phone or in person session where we will assist you in planning high quality, nutrient dense meals for you and your family. Recipes included.

  • Corporate Health & Wellness Programs

Includes one-on-one or group coaching focused on health promotion & disease prevention, ultimately reducing company health care costs.

  • Community Workshops – Topics include, but are not limited to:
